CELTHER INDUCED HUMAN NEURAL STEM CELLS (CLTH / hiNS CELLLS)
Catalog number: CL 05002 – CLTH
Organism: Homo sapiens, human
Product Form: Frozen cells, 1 vial, 30 colonies
Cell type: Adherent cells
Disclaimers: For research purposes only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
CLTH / iNS cells express neutral stem cell markers (Sox2 and Nestin). Under appropriate conditions (cultivation in the presence of EGF and bFGF), the induced neural stem cells remain undifferentiated. Removal of growth factors causes spontaneous differentiation into neurons and glial cells. Application: Drug development, toxicity testing, regenerative medicine, disease modeling, tissue engineering, cell and gene therapy, transplantation experiments.
