Primary human CLTH / GBM glioblastoma neurospheres were derived from human glioblastoma tumors, diagnosed according to WHO criteria. Neurospheres grow in suspension and were analyzed by MLPA technique as well as immunocytochemical staining for GFAP (+) and α-SMA (-) expression.
