The CLTH / EGFR WT cell line was created from a stable cell line that was transfected with a plasmid encoding wild-type EGFR receptor. The cells express the wild-type EGFR gene as confirmed by Western Blotting. The CLTH / EGFR WT lineage also carries the puromycin resistance gene.
