CLTH \/ DS – iPSc was obtained by reprogramming somatic cells from a patient with Down’s syndrome. These cells express markers characteristic for stem cells (TRA1-60 and TRA1-80). CLTH \/ DS – iPSCs cells express pluripotency genes and are characterized by standard proliferation. Moreover, CLTH \/ DS – iPSCs cells can be easily differentiated into neural stem cells (CLTH \/ DS – iNSc) and the endoderm (CLTH \/ DS – endoderm). Application:
